Merry Liftmas
Join KC Weightlifting this December for our Merry Liftmas Weightlifting Competition. Come lift some heavy weight before Christmas!

This is a USA Weightlifting Sanctioned Event.
(Snatch and Clean & Jerk)
Cost: Entry fee is $48 which includes a $3 administrative fee
*Schedule of the event will be put out the week of the event. It will depend on the number of athletes competing.*
Awards:
Top three competitors in each weight class and age division will receive our prestigious Merry Liftmas Champion medal!
Each age division will also have an award for Best Lifter, but that one will be a Liftmas Surprise.

11U, 13U, 14-15, 16-17, 18-20, Senior (21-34), Masters (35-49), and Masters 50+

Who should compete in this?
ANYONE!! This is a fun competition! There will be lots of beginners and a few advanced athletes competing with us!
What should I wear?
This is a Christmas event, so you feel free to dress festive! Or you don’t have to and can wear a singlet or shorts and t-shirt. Again, this is a fun competition! Have fun with it!
